You can return any product purchased from neeraj garments within 3 days (If any product is not specified then it will call in 3 days category.)

From the day of receiving the product. Return Policy vary from product to product.

Products that have a use-by time limit of 24 hours, such as food products, will be not eligible for return and refund only if they have been delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition, otherwise they will be not eligible for return and refund.

There may also be some products which will be put in the category of no refund no return and will be mentioned about them by writing near the product itself or in their description.You tell us what is the problem with the product, then we will understand and schedule a pick-up for the return. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by sending an email/Call of your acceptance or refund scheme. If you're older, your refund will be unlocked, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

If you would like to cancel your order, please call us at 9213780083 for further information. All cancelled orders will be refunded to the original mode of payment. The returned amount will exclude original shipping charges and transaction fees (only for payments made by credit cards, debit cards or net banking).
